The ranch itself is a 2-3 out of 5. The manager Kendall however brings it to a 1. He was very rude and made me and my date feel uncomfortable. Now I see why he has been apart of many lawsuits.nnAlso, they have cameras in their cabanas.

There are ways to deal with a customer who was not satisfied, however based on the managers replies to its dissatisfied customers, it’s quite easy to tell that they couldn’t care lessnnConsidering the industry they are in, they really need to learn how to accept criticism and react respectfully.

The management team at this establishment belittles it’s clientele and makes them feel uncomfortable. Please read the replies from management in the reviews before you spend your money there. Customer service goes a long way, and based on the reviews, I’m not the only one who felt disrespected by the management.
