Palenque Cocina Y Agaveria

hello! I wanted to commend our server today. it was around Noon on the roof patio (bring your sunscreen!) and she (I believe her name was Lindsay?) was incredible. Helpful, great positive and professional attitude and very pleasant to have helped our group and in spite of it being very busy she made sure to acknowledge and help us with everything we needed. She was non stop helping so many people at once while we were there and did an excellent job!nnWe tipped to reflect the service and experience bit I felt compelled to write a note to those in charge. She and her coworkers should be congratulated for such a great job. Some of the folks working with her were very helpful and friendly as well. it was nice to see especially considering how much incredible stress restaurants and their staff are facing with Covid safety regulations.nnFood was excellent as always. Missing the 4 sauces/salsas and associated dishes but understand if it isn't possible at this time!

Palenque has some of the nicest, kindest, am down right most loving staff in the service industry. I have been here multiple times and I recommend it to all of my friends who also love it. Best margaritas, best food, best service, and they have free pads and tampons in the ladies room. I have had many of the servers and all of them brought something unique to our experience. Ryan was super funny and kind and I felt like he was a good friend by the end of my meal. Julia was so sweet and caring with us! Sam was so amazing and I completely fell for his easy going and kind manner. Earl was probably my favorite. He had the whole package and then some (plus he always laughed at my dad’s awful jokes). Our hosts on one especially busy night, Lauren and another who’s name I have forgotten, we’re so kind and understanding and got us a table in half the time they originally told us! Whenever we have even the slightest problem Lindsey is always right there with a free margarita and a genuine apology. Me and my family feel like part of the Palenque familia.

Salsa isn't good. Tacos were pretty bland. Decent service and drinks though.

We arrived late on a cold evening and we chose to sit outside. They were so kind and gracious to continue to check on us and service whatever we wanted and made our holiday experience so special! Their menu suggestions were the best, thank you so,so much.Melody ,Josh and Rich

We tried this place for the first time today and had a wonderful experience. The person that took our reservation over the phone (Marissa, I think?) and our server, Maria, were both so warm and attentive. The food and drinks were delicious and service was super prompt. We felt very welcomed and enjoyed ourselves so we will definitely be back. Thanks for a great time!
