Great platters. We had the Red Rocker platter and Hippie Ex. Both were outstanding. Loved the chickpea crackers that came with both. We had the featured Flights. The red was amazing and the Rose as well. Great experience and service.

The wine was great. And tried a few of the appetizers-quite yummy all around!

We hosted our company holiday party here in the barrel/tasting room. Mallory was awesome to work with in arranging everything. Rachel made sure everything was taken care of and did such a great job. I love being able to rely on the professionals. The space is beautiful and the wine is great. Everyone loved it and having our party at Carboy helped us make a great impression with our partners.
