I was greeted by a very friendly staff member, who explained protocols in place to keep customers safe. Being a shopper who prefers to look for items on my own, I was happy that I could do so (with staff not too far away if I needed them). The overall experience was wonderful.

This is a good store with a pretty extensive selection of women's clothing. The range of sizes they offer is great. The service is also extremely good - they strike a good balance between being helpful without being overbearing. The store is a bit hard to find - the sign isn't big. Look for the red awnings on the north side of the shopping center.

Stopped in at the Aspen Grove location at 6:30pm on Saturday evening to do a return of an online purchase. I was the only person in the store. Not greeted or acknowledged in any way by the two sales associates behind the counter who were clearly only interested in the personal conversation they were having. After looking around for five minutes, I proceeded to the counter to process the return where I was met with a lackluster attitude by the associate who acted like she was put out. I'm not a regular shopper at Talbots and this experience certainly didn't encourage me to become one.

Haven't felt like I was among snooty sales people in a long time but definitely felt this way here. Maybe none of the ladies like each other but definitely no welcoming personalities displayed. I appreciate what I found, a $79.99 yellow sweater on sale for $29.99 and with my $10 coupon, it was $19.99.
