We were blown away at the knowledge, level of service and wide selection of gear. Herb was amazing at getting my wife, daughter and I all into great fitting and priced used boots! We have always been frustrated and disappointed at the limited used gear options at other ski shops, as well as a lack of service when we asked for used gear....this was definitely not the case here at Sports Creel. We are looking forward to our “moments of greatness” on the slopes this here and will be back with the entire family next year.

I am a lifelong customer. What I feel is based on 8 years of experience with Creel. They live, and breath, Skiing. The expertise, the attention to detail, and customer service from the team is incredible.nIn a world were online sales are in the palm of your hand, some wonder why would you go to a store?nI will tell you, because you will never get a more knowledgable experience online. You will never get the level of customer service Creel gives.nFrom the smallest repair, to a full touring setup.nThey have set the bar, on what customer service is, and should be, and that is worth it.nI am consistently surprised at them.nMicah is patient, experienced, and efficientnTJ is energetic, listens to you, and always stays positive.nJoe is calm, can help build your stoke, and is honest.nHere I am, years later, and still loving the service.nI am a former online shopper, now a believer.

Just amazing. I’ve worked with plenty of sales people over the years buying hire and products and I don’t think I’ve ever left the shop so sure I didn’t need to look anywhere else. TJ listened to me and what I wanted, was kind and empathetic to my needs with my prior injuries, she was enthusiastic and informative so I could be confident in my selection, she was patient and gave me space to think about my purchase rather than rushing me, and she was able to find a budget friendly solution for me without sacrificing luxury and comfort so my ski season will be enjoyable. Where do I vote for best retail shop in Spokane 2020?nnAdded bonus - even though they are closed today I sent them a message on Facebook and received a reply within three minutes. Clearly this is a family that really cares about their sport, their business, but especially their customers.nnAnother added bonus is the quality of the product they sell and the aesthetic of their shop. Seriously the best retail experience of my life so far.
