Primal Axe House

So much fun! This is by far the best axe throwing place I've ever been to. Tobias was our instructor and he was patient and supportive and truly made our experience so much fun. Even during COVID, the building and staff were very safe and clean. We had our own bay and wore masks when necessary and still had an absolute blast! Would recommend this to anyone visiting the Denver area. Can't wait to go back!

I've thrown at many, many places across the US and in Canada. I compete in the various axe throwing leagues and have been to the World Championships on ESPN twice (soon to be three times). I'm not saying this to boast but rather set up how much experience I have on the matter:nnPrimal Axe House is at the top of my list.nnIt's an amazing facility, that's impeccably clean with wide open, well lit lanes. The staff is wonderful and friendly and does a great job of promoting a fun, safe atmosphere. They also have food and drinks in house that are fairly priced AND pretty dang tasty. Seriously, I put off eating until I go throw just so I can eat there. All of their food and drink options are sourced locally from Colorado which is another pro for me - keep it local, support your neighbors. There's plenty of available, free parking. The facility also has a massive back room for setting up corporate meetings and/or a caterer if that's what you're aiming for. Lastly, there' s a bunch of stuff in the area if you want to make a day of it.nnI HIGHLY recommend checking Primal Axe House out!

Amazing place!nIf you are looking to axe throw, this is the perfect place! The staff is so helpful, and will help teach you if it is your first time. And great drinks, that are all from local vendors, support local and visit!

Excellent time. The staff is talented and coached us well. There was a wide range of ages to coach, and they did well. Good assortment of beer and spirits.
