Its always nice to shop at Boot Barn! I was at the Boot Barn in Vegas and I really like how the boots are arranged by brand then arranged by size. Made shopping so much easier. I didn't need boots this time but finally found some for my little one! She loves them!! Thank you Boot Barn!
Got really no help looking for boots. I was helped by the customer instead who knew more about boots. They only got 3 brands of boots but their not the cheap kind. I am happy with my purchase but not customer service.
Two employeeson the floor. No one asked if they could assist us. As we were leaving, after not finding what we needed, one lady finally yelled at us. She didn't bother standing up or putting her phone down. What's with that ?
