Awful customer experience. They told me it would be one price when I took my shoe in, and it was more expensive when I came to pick it up and pay. She had a very poor attitude when I brought it up. As far as the repair goes, it seems like they did a good job.

If you are looking for a comfortable pair of shoes this is the place to go. When we were checking out, the clerk also mentioned that we could drop off any repairs that we had. So, the next day I dropped off a few pairs of shoes and when I got them back they looked new! I would definitely recommend this store for anyone in the market for affordable and comfortable shoes.
