Great office - if I need to make an appointment, I'm usually able to do so within a very reasonable timeframe. I usually see Julie K, she's very understanding and professional. If this office is in-network for your insurance, I definitely recommend them.

I've been going here for decades and see Dr. Forest as my Primary, and when Dr. Chisolm and P.A. Julie Cohen were there I'd see them too. The new P.A. Julie King is absolutely awesome, of course Tina and the rest of the office staff have always been amazing. It's like visiting a family. Yes, it's good that people retire. It's still the same great level of service, doctors and PAs. Don't be afraid of change!

I love this place. Even a friend of mine is going here. They've got PA's who are female and Dr. Kenzo Shippy is a sweetheart who listens. They're also open on weekends. This is my favorite physician office I've had in many many years.

Omg. How could a office dedicated to helping patience be this level of unprofessionalism. This is baffling. Made appointment at 9 am since they would not refill my diabetic father his medicine unless he is seen by the “doctor”, so I made appointment at 9am. To show up at the reception at 9am and let her know I am here for my 9am appointment, to this she checked in my father and let us know of the payments that needs to be made and asked us if we have insurance. I said no, we cannot afford insurance, she said we have to pay out of pocket once we are done. I said okay. We go back to waiting room, as we are waiting two more patients come in and check in, they were immediately called to the back by nurses to be helped. At this point my father and I have been waiting for 20 minutes. I walk up to the receptionist to see why they would send in multiple patients before my father, to this the receptionist said his appointment is at 10am and he has patients in front of him. WHAT? I asked her to clarify and she said my fathers appointment is 10, even though she is the one that checked us in when I specifically told her our appointment was at 9am. We are the only color of people in this office and out appointment is being pushed back to accommodate the Caucasian patients that came. This will be last time I am bringing my parents to this office, if you want to experience back hand racism and lack of inability for the front desk office do their job, this is the place for you. However, if you care about your health, and would like to get professional help from a doctors who takes their jobs seriously, please take your health somewhere else. These people does not care about their patients, only how much money they can make from people who are struggling in life. The receptionist blatantly talked about the Democratic debate from the night before and addressed how they didn’t like it in the presence of patients. So unprofessional. Honestly, can’t believe this is a legitimate doctors office.

So far it has been not so good for me.nThey had a quick avaliablitily when I needed, which is nice. Howerver I have not been able to get a hold of them for 3 weeks now. I recieved a bill that I simply want to pay but the only method they give you is through card. No one seems to answer the phones anymore. I dont live super close so it's not convenient for me to drive 30 min just to ask a question about billing. I'm sure they will still try charging me the late fee despite the fact I am unable to even call the reception.
