I was able to get right in for a flu shot. Appreciate having this clinic inside King Soopers.

Did not properly diagnosis two years in a row. Just because not strep does not mean it isn't another bacteria! Took my daughter there last year and had to go back twice because first time, they missed it was a bacterial infection. Brought daughter again this year and again missed bacterial infection. Went the second time to an urgent care instead of them and the doctor said if he had seen her the first time he would have known it was bacterial and already had her on antibiotic. Both times she was in a lot of pain and went from her throat to her eyes, conjunctivitis. If properly diagnosed she would have been saved the severe throat pain and the conjuntivitis twice. Go to an urgent care, see a doctor or a PA that is directly on premise with a medical doctor. PA's are wonderful but it seems the little clinics are not fully equipped to handle everything. Costs me more to go back twice as well, no discounts for misdiagnosis : (

I went there for what I thought was a cold. Turned out I had an upper respiratory infection and rash. The staff was amazing! Treated me with compassion and kindness. Sarah the patient care technician was absolutely wonderful. She took the time to listen to my symptoms and ask me all the appropriate questions. She was caring from my arrival to when I checked out from the clinic. I would highly recommend the staff and this particular clinic. I also appreciated the cleanliness of the entire office.

I’ve tried to give this place a chance but it’s terrible. Poorly run and the NP that is usually there has a bad attitude. She tried cleaning out my ears without my permission after she diagnosed me with an ear infection, my ear throbbed for two weeks and I had to go see my GP over it. Just now I went to get flu shots for my family, the parking lot of King Soopers is littered with signs claiming “free flu shots” so we registered and waited 45min after our scheduled apt only to be told we could only get one shot because each person has to register separately. We left, no shots :( I will never be back, and you should save yourself the headache (or earache!)

I arrived at this location at least 20 minutes prior to the stated closing time but I was turned away by an employee who was not personable at all (I'm saying this nicely). To me this is ridiculous. If the stated closing time is 7:30, patients should be accepted up until that time. But I guess it was a good thing because I ended up having to go to Care Now over on University, which turned out to be a much better experience (and they will take you in up until their closing time and stay late). It turned out to be a hassle (not the fault of Care Now) because I had to return to the King Soopers where this clinic is located in to pick up my prescription that I got from the other urgent care facility. The pharmacist told me that it was the company policy that they closed exactly at 7:30. As a patient, it doesn't make a difference if it was the employee's decision or if it is company policy. If you say you're open until a certain time, you should accept patients up until that stated time. But like I said it was a good thing that I ended up having to go to another facility. I highly recommend that you drive the extra couple minutes to Care Now where you'll receive much better service and care.
