Terrible billing department. Worst I have EVER worked with. They said our procedure wasn't covered and we had to pay $1500 out of pocket. I called our insurance company and verified the procedure was 100% covered. They said we had to call our insurance company and ask them to call Health One and tell them that. Like they can't read a policy or figure this out since it's their job. I called our insurance company and asked them to call Health One. The insurance company did so and was hung up on 3 times. Multiple customer service reps were rude and short on the phone. This place must have a terrible policy that incentivizes reps to get off the phone as fast as possible. The rep wasn't willing at first to let me conference my wife in. She wanted her to call in on her own. I haven't written a review in years, but these people are terrible. So terrible in their billing department.
