Super friendly and professional staff. Good communication through emails and texts plus phone calls. Every Nurse I saw made me feel like I was their only patient. It was a little tedious filling out the forms and yet I had to go through it many times. I’m glad they are so conscientious, but communication between departments would have been nice.

The complete surgical process from consult to registration and of course the actual surgery went extremely well! The clinical staff is very knowledgeable and super friendly, they answer all my questions and the care was amazing.nDr. Modenlou is the best! I had a robotic procedure and it has been 6 days since my surgery and I feel great! I was back to my normal work activity on day 4.nKudos to Dr. Davis, Susan, Gaby, Ashley, Cari and the whole Robotics team!

From the time I walked into the lobby I felt comfortable. The hospital was very clean every where I had to go.nnThe pre-op crew was fantastic, they were very knowledgeable. They made my wife feel comfortable and informed on how I was doing.nThe care team that took care of me for the rest of the time was also 5-star.nnI wish I could remember all of their names to thank them. I hope I don’t have to stay there again, but if I do can I have the same people.nYou guys are amazing, thanks for everything

Went in for an emergency surgery due to an infection and was met with only kindness, speed and efficiency, and excellent patient care. From walking in the door to admitted into my room was a total of 4 or 5 hours.nnMy surgeon and ID doctor were highly knowledgeable, quick with an accurate diagnosis and helped me recover in days. They answered the questions I had, explained in terms that made sense, and tended to my quickly.nnThe nursing staff were kind and attentive and helped me recover quickly. I give them nothing but supreme respect, admiration and credit. They are under appreciated, over worked, and vastly under paid. Pay your staff what they deserve. And I absolutely do not mean your C-suite, board, or administration. Pay your nurses.nnMy only reason for 4 stars is that the drinking water ANYWHERE IN THIS HOSPITAL that comes out of a tap or water line tastes like mold. It's insanity. At a hospital where patients are recovering or have ailing health and the most basic necessity of a human being tastes like its coming from a rotting water pipe from 100 years ago?? I think the medical bill my insurance received is enough to fix the whole hospital, but cost of Healthcare is an entirely other topic. Fix your water... You can be better than neglecting a basic utility for decades.
