This place is somethin else

The first impression was that they were not prepared for our party. The host stated they were running late and locked me and my partial party out. Then when they chose to open the doors, we were treated with hostility and eyerolling since as a group we had some delays in choosing our drinks and projects.nnThe projects themselves were interesting but overpriced compared to a hobby lobbie workshop.nnWhen leaving the systems went down so we had to stand around waiting. The host became incompetent with my transaction. She could not provide me an itemized receipt. At that point I had been there for almost 3 hours, we finally had the chance to pay and it over 100 dollars for 2 projects and 2 drinks. We then paid and left.nnHorrible service and over priced drinks. I will not be going back there again

My friend and I made a reservation for this establishment. We checked out the website in advance to take a look at the projects, but wanted to see samples in person as well. When we go here, the hostess was kind and explained everything to us and directed us to the back for the girl at the craft area, stating she would assist us and answer any of our questions. We got to the back of the small room, and the girl at the crafts area asked us to step out of line if we were not sure what we wanted to do. We were still trying to decide and wanted to know if they had other stencils for us to see. While standing in line, we learned that they have a whole catalog for people like my friend and I to look at. When it was our turn again, I asked to see the catalog and the girl proceeded to abruptly hand it to me and barked at us to step out of line again. My friend and I complied, again. The third time in line, we were at the front and not even acknowledging us, barked at us to sign the waiver sheet if we hadn't yet and walked off to help other customers. I am not sure why the girl was so rude with my friend and I. We really would have appreciated some guidance and would have liked a friendly person to answer our questions. We did not receive this here and we canceled our reservation and left. I will not be returning to this establishment and if you are indecisive about what you would like to do, beware, you might receive the same rude service we did. This was not acceptable, especially when you will easily drop $50+ dollars here (minimum).

This place is definitely a great way to spend time with friends and family! The bar is awesome and so are the projects! The staff was all super helpful and Rachel was really fun and awesome at her job!
