Dionysus Food & Wine Bar

I Truly haven't had this awesome of a dining experience in a really long time! This place hit on all cylinders! Classy atmosphere. Food was delicious, and so hard to choose from all the unique options they had, but I don't think I would have gone wrong no matter what I chose. I'll say it again...the food was fantastic! Each bite brought a range of complex and complimentary flavors, that brought a smile to my face with each bite! Our server (Trevor) was knowledgeable about the wines, with a great attitude and service. They had something like 160 or more different wines, as well as other specialty cocktails.nYou can even choose a bottle or two to go. We got to meet the head chef upon entering, and he was very friendly. They also have a pastry chef on site to make exquisite deserts! ud83dude0a the eclectic music was a nice touch too! Everything from smooth jazz to down tempo to the standards of Sinatra and big band. Great mix!nnAll in all, GO! You have got to try this place!

We had four of us go to dinner. The apps were great. Waitress did a nice job. However once we ordered dinner it was 1.5 hours before food came. We ordered fish and pasta. Food was terrible. None of us took more than 3 bites. They noticed and asked for feedback. Feel like they should have offered a comp on a gift certificate to try again.they said they had new chefs in the kitchen.

Happened to wonder into this place while I had a long wait time at another restaurant. We did the wine flights and they were all delicious! We also had a few appetizers. The antipasto board has this amazing truffle honey on it and our waiter was kind enough to bring us extra when we went through our quickly. The scallops were the perfect firmness and the flavor was unbelievable. The only thing I did not enjoy was the music selection. The interior is stunning and more elegant music would have fit much better. Instead the music felt like it was was a night club. It did not fit the mood at all. Overall, you definitely need to check this place out.

Absolutely delightful dining experience! The 2 wine flights I tried were delicious, and my husband had 1 that was great as well. We did the merlot tour, the red blend tour 1 and red blend tour 3. ud83dude4c The cheese board was fab, and my husband's steak was perfect. Interior decor is spot on. I can tell this will be a new spot for us to frequent.

Dionysus is an awesome new addition to the dining scene in DTC and is worth the drive from Denver or Boulder. The chef here is willing to take risks and had a very unique menu.nnEverything I tried was well balanced and had a unique spin on similar dishes I have had before. The drink and wine menu is on par with the incredible food!
