This is such a nice store with top-quality brands and lots of sales. The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable about the products they carry. My husband and I both purchased waterproof hiking shoes for a trip to Scotland and were impressed with the customer service. We had a great trip to Scotland and loved the shoes we bought! After waiting for roughly 15 min at REI for an employee to pay attention to I decided to check out Vital Outdoors. They were really patient and offered me honest and practical opinions with each option they showed me. After the first visit I wanted to sleep on my decision. A couple days later I called ahead to see if they would hold a pair of boots in my size to pick up the next day. They were happy to help with no questions asked. Thanks again Vital Outdoors!
