HUGE shout out to these beautiful ladies at the Cherry Creek Freebird store today, Sunday March 8, 2020!!! I arrived a little disheveled because of parking and my fur babies being in my vehicle on a 70° day thinking that surely there would’ve been some trees to park under. That being said I left the truck running with the windows cracked and the air conditioner running and set off like a bat out of hell toward the Freebird stores. These ladies received me and my time constraint in caring for my animals and they had me in and out in no time! Thank you so much for bringing customer service back as a true service you will always have my business and my for babies are great happy and home again safe.

Shannon was so helpful. I was looking for a specific boot style and called several other stores but Shannon was the only one that offered to call out of state and we located them! I am so thrilled. Thank you Shannon!

I just wanted to take a second to thank all of the amazing sales associates at Freebird....especially Chrisitina!!!! My husband and I live in Atlanta, but came to Denver on vacation... part of which included making a stop at Freebird, as I've been eyeballing their amazing boots and booties on their website for months. From the moment we walked in, to the moment we left, the sales associates were super kind and helpful. I am very short and have a wide calf.... which made it difficult to find a boot that fit... but Christina did not give up!!! We ended up walking out of there with two pairs of amazing boots!!!!! To make the experience even better.. THEY STRETCHED AND SHIPPED THE SHOES TO MY HOME!!!! This company has a customer for life! Keep up the amazing work! Hope you keep on expanding!!!!

I purchased online and had an absolute nightmare experience on top of recieving a subpar product. I ordered the Coal boot. I was so excited upon arrival. I had been eyeing this pair for months, and they finally went on sale. To my disappoint, the sole wasn't attached to the upper in many places around the toe. I tried them on despite. I could feel every nail used to attached the sole through my socks. I'm hoping this was just a fluke. I ordered a size larger as advised by endless website reviews. These things were enormous. No big deal, right? I'll just contact the email in the package and start an exchange. Nope. Not even close. The rep argued that handmade boots are like that. Sorry, but I have other handmade shoes that are far more superior for the same price. Good try, though. They requested that I return the boots and repurchase online. By this time, they were full price. I had to argue by email to simply return a faulty pair of boots for a new pair at the price I originally paid. This took weeks. Fast forward a month. No boots yet. The rep reassures me that I'll, get them. Says they're out of stock. Ok. Fine. Two weeks later, I recieved the second pair. Tool marks, glue on them, and still the wrong size. How frustrating! It's like they don't listen at all or they really just rely on the brand name to get by. I contacted the rep again who did not respond for weeks after FIVE emails. I tried calling the store, but they insisted my order had to be handled through the email service. So, by now I'm pretty sure that I'm just going to get terrible boots and terrible service, but it needs to be made right. So, six weeks from the last stated contact and some more squabbling, I finally have my third and final pair. They were visually what I first expected, but again with the nails going through the inner sole. They're ridiculously overpriced, uncomfortable, and too much of a hassle to even bother with. I'll never purchase this brand again. Absolutely not worth the hassle or price. Instead of dealing with customer service again, I sold them at a loss to save my sanity.
