Now low on stock.,but i like it!
Great selection, and Amanda was so kind and patient with my questions - I had only limited cash, needed food And a pair of shoes appropriate for my healing feet. Found a nice looking pair of shoes with gel heel cups, and after purchase had plenty of money for food.nThe shoes are great - I am walking without as much pain and am well-fed. I'm very glad I went to DSW.
Love my neighbor DSW and they exceeded my expectations, helped me exchange the exact same shoes keeping my $25 reward used in this purchase without doing lots of transactions like returning and doing another transactions but with only one transaction. I've always liked DSW, but I think this location unfortunately doesn't really have good selections. In addition, when I finally found something at a good price, it started wearing out within two weeks. And I'm someone who can maintain dress shoes well for 3-6 years, depending on use. When I tried to return this pair, they didn't want to take it because they were worn. Perhaps it's a good idea not to sell a pair of shoes that wear easily for such prices. Also, a company that makes that much money should not have problems accepting that return. Maybe it was just this location, but one should expect more customer service for those prices.
