The employees who were working here on 11/21/2020 were absolutely fantastic. Some of the friendliest and most helpful sales associates I've encountered, and I don't make comments like that lightly.
The store has not been a Steve Madden store for the past 11 years according to employees, but still shows up as one online. They could not accept my Steve Madden return of an online purchase. I wasted two hours coming here on a bus and looking for the store which has a different name now.
The employees here are amazing and super accommodating. The customer service here is absolutely fantastic. I would recommend this store too anyone. The boots are high quality and they really do take care of you. They really went above and beyond too help my girlfriend find her perfect pairs of boots. I wish had the name of the lady who helped us out. I want to give her a big thank you!!!
