Burberry

The staff were extremely patient, well mannered, and helpful. When my friends and I were trying on clothes they were really helpful and friendly. This is probably one of the best store experiences I had.

The staff was wonderful to work with. I had a great shopping experience.

The customer service that I experienced here was terrible. I went in with a family member around new years to look at and potentially buy a scarf. Being Black within a mall of luxury stores, we knew it was possible for us to be wrongfully racially profiled but we had not experienced that throughout our entire day at the mall until arriving to Burberry. Upon arriving at the store, we were immediately greeted, which is protocol, but suspicions of prejudice arose upon one woman following us to the scarves and becoming so close that she was right behind me and then asked again what we wanted. We were confirmed that she was following us as we then went towards the back where others were and of course the same woman showed up again. She followed us from the door to the back and made our experience very uncomfortable. My family member and I left. I later decided I didn't want to let one person have as much power as to frustrate me and keep me out of their store, effectively segregating it, so I wanted to return, but this experience was so jarring that my family member did not want to even go near the store any more. This treatment is wrong and customers should not have to endure it. When arriving home, I decided to read reviews and see if anyone else experienced this and saw quite a few people complaining about customer service. Believe them. This is not a good establishment and there are many other options.nnI also want to point out that it was such a negative experience that I wanted to make sure to review it and not forget about it despite the time that has passed.

Love this store! I moved from AZ and I was sad to leave my Scottsdale Burberry but the staff here in Denver are so friendly. After a visit they remembered me by name and always ready to help me out when shopping. Great staff! Great hospitality! Store is always looking great with the products on the floor always changing around.

I am a frequent customer of this store and I have never had a bad experience. All the employees are genuine kind and willing to help especially Rachel, Sierra, Felipe and Dani! Rachel is especially awesome, she was the first sales person I met when i first started coming in and she does an amazing job at keeping me in the loop, informing me about new items, and helping me order new pieces that the cherry creek store would not get in their normal stock! The one thing this store does lack is selection for men’s items. They are always slightly behind the curve of what’s coming out right now! Although that’s a downside it is something that can be overlooked due to their awesome customer service! One other downside, I have seen that some of the managers can have a little bit of an attitude towards younger clients.
