I went into J crew to look at their wool coats, they have none available at the store. J crew stylist was completely unhelpful and went to another customer before finishing up with me. I would not recommend this location, they have limited supplies and poor customer service.
Please be careful on any promotional deals that they signing you up for!!! Because they will ask you if you would like to receive a 20% off if you sign up for crew card . And then later ,all of a sudden you find out that they opened a credit card for you which you don’t need . And plus to all of that they make that first charge onto that credit card even though you gave them a different card to charge it to . I have spoken to the manager of that location . And he told me that that’s how corporation trains them to do . So watch out if you don’t want to have an extra a credit card .

Classic J crew lay out that we've all grown to enjoy
This is probably my favorite J. Crew store I've been to, and I'm generally a fan of their stores. Their salespeople are very helpful, remember you when you return, and despite being a bit larger than the average store I've been to, it's organized and everything is straightened up. I would definitely recommend this location.
