Kona Grill

Absolutely fabulous experience!!! Excellent food quality, full of flavor, well presented. Good selection of entrees/plates and prices are reasonable. Service was a little slow. Our appetizer came with our meal even though we ordered it early. Adequate space for social distancing. Waited 25 minutes for a table on a Saturday afternoon.

The service was horrible. We kindly asked for a table and made a reservation. We were told that a table would be available within one hour. So we returned after one hour. BUT: instead of being seated as promised, another group was seated before us, and then another and again another. After waiting at check-in for half an hour, I asked when we may got seated, so we got advised that we are by far back on the list. Why didn't they tell us, when we made the reservation?? Why didn't they ask me when standing/waiting at check-in? Why did they let us wait outside in cold weather? To the General Manager: you tried and, again, failed.

Kona Grill is the best date night spot I’ve ever been to. The atmosphere, drinks, food, service, everything was incredible. They really know how to make sure you have a great experience. Our server Kevin was super attentive and hilarious. Henry is clearly an awesome manager and was on the floor running food and drinks and helping his servers out. As a server, that’s extremely refreshing to see. Will definitely be coming back! Thanks Kona!

Terrible restaurant. AVOID! We had a reservation at 6:15. We had called earlier in the day and requested to be sat in a bubble since we were bringing our dog. We got there a 6, checked in and again requested to be sat in a bubble. We were not seated until 7:30 pm, 1 hour and 15 min after our reservation. They sat us on the patio, instead of a bubble. We told them that we requested a bubble. We were then rudely told that if we wanted a bubble we would have to wait another 40 min! I asked them if they could do anything and reminded them that we twice requested a bubble. I was then told that our only option was to wait another 40 min or leave. We left, we already waited outside in the cold for 1 hour 15 min for our reservation. I have never written a restaurant review before, but this was by far the worse experience I have ever had at one. Save your self the headache and disappointment, and go somewhere with basic decency. We ended up going to Hapa and were seated immediately. The staff there was friendly and prompt. I would recommend going there and avoiding this place at all cost.

Called in an order around 7:00pm connected to some call center instead of the restaurant directly. Placed an order with the operator for two surf and turf and informed pick up would be around 8:10pm. We arrived around 8:20pm and were promptly informed they hadn't received our order and it would be 20 minutes. Completely unacceptable for a first time customer to experience this for an established chain. I'd give zero stars if I could.
