Sometimes it's about the people working at the business that makes all the difference in the world.nnLooks like they did some employee changing at this location, as all the ladies in there now seem to want to be there. That matters to me when shopping at a business.nnThe ladies are very helpful, no attitudes, no making you feel like your bothering them, or anything. They are always smiling and welcome you in everytime you enter the store.nnI will continue to shop with Torrid, as they seem to care for their employees as well as their customers. Well, at least this location does. They are a little uptight and snobby at the Southlands location.

Decide to give Torrid another chance since they were having good sales. I stopped going here due to bad service and has they moved away from being a plus sized Hot Topic. They made me stop trying on jackets over my clothes saying it was a health hazard even though Dillard's was letting me try on bras. Their health standards do not meet what others are doing and no formal guidelines have been released saying that people can not try on clothes. People should not be forced to buy clothes they can not try on. Torrid has horrible customer service and bad policies that hurt customers. Do not waste your money here.

Okay, I am ashamed to say that as a plus size female I’ve never been to Torrid. I ordered a swimsuit online and had to go in-store to pick it up and from the moment I stepped in I was offered a helping hand. Alex thank you for helping me get a fitting room and explaining the sizes to me. And the names on the door makes it feel EXTREMELY personal, never change that! Elizabeth thank you for the laughs and going the extra mile to help me with my store exchange. Jasmine thank you for all the suggestions and the laughs that we all shared at the register and finally Brenda thank you for making sure my experience was flawless. This was an AMAZING group of ladies and they effortlessly and collaboratively made my first time Torrid experience something that I want to feel again!!! Thank you all
