Chili's Grill & Bar

I go here frequently, the waitress is very good, always,attentive and friendly. The food is always hot and delicious and if not they make it right. Prices are very reasonable as well. I was nervous with Covid but they are following guidelines that make me feel comfortable. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Put our name on the waiting list, was told approximately 30 minutes and that we had to wait outside or in our car. Waited in our car 35 minutes and went in to check how much longer it would be. We were told that they text us 30 minutes ago. Checked the number and they had it correct. They never text us and then told us we would have to be put at the bottom of the list again. Very poor service! Won't be back!!

We waited for 5 min at the door, no one else ahead of us. 2 waiters looked at us and kept walking. Didn't say hello, someone would be with us shortly etc. We sat in the bar side, the bar tender/waitress said she would be right with us. We waited for 10 min, no menu, no one came to help so we walked out. I could see if they were busy but they weren't:( There were also 6 waiters/waitresses on the other side just standing around. We have never had this problem here before:(

Ray was the best waitress I've ever met! The food was wonderful. Dan solved our only issue as fast as it came up and went above and beyond to make our meal better. Definitely my favorite restaurant!

Great food for the price.
