BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse

Food is good, service decent. I have been coming to BJ’s for years, but probably won’t come back to this one after my experience today. There were several football games on in the bar, but we were seated in the back area. I asked if we could put one of the games on since both screens were playing the other game and I was told they would ask. Then the manager was making his rounds to the table, asked if there was anything we needed. I asked about putting the game on. He said they could, but then gave me an attitude because he didn’t like that team and then never switched it. That is NOT good customer service! I’ll be taking my business elsewhere in the future!

Daniel was our server and was amazing! He asked questions about our order without our prompting. We were like oh yeah I didn't even think about that. Getting out now a days is a rare treat that is easily disrupted. Your staff made my party feel like we were on vacation. Thank you so much! ❤

Been here before and it was good. Today take out a cheesesteak sandwich. It was the worst sandwich I've ever had. 15 bucks. First bight was all fat. Bread was dry. I wont go back for a long time.

I've never been so disappointed. I usually have amazing service and amazing food. Tonight was the worst. My Prime rib was dry from sitting so long before they brought it to me you can see it was just sitting under the heat lamp the top was so dry. They forgot one of my sides, they got the beer choices wrong. The manager was supposed to come out and talk to us and never did. I'm so disappointed. I did get an extra dessert which was so good.

Food was good. Check in process tonight was unacceptable. We made a 530 reservation on Open table a week ago and were told that we would still have a 30 min wait. While waiting for Dave, the manager to come out and talk to us, Troy, the executive chef, came out and handled the situation to our satisfaction. He seated us right away. A big thank you to Troy for making things right.
