QDOBA Mexican Eats

Do they know how to make the new bowl? I asked for the new bowl that came out they asked me what I want I had to tell them three times that I wanted whatever cones with the new Cholula bowl. When it got to me it was bland I don't think they know how to make it. So paid for the new bowl and didn't get to experience it. I am sick of people in the food industry they need to realize I pay $22 for a meal that means I work maybe two hours some people work four hours to make that. Make my food right and focus, give us hot food or go find another JOB

Food is good but 90% of the time when I order the meal deal online they forget the chips dip and dessert I pay extra for. Their bowls are also sad. I don’t have time to wait in line since I’m often in a rush to get to school or work. Wish all my items would be accounted for

The staff used to be very kind and courteous at this location. On the night of 08/30/20, I realized the customer oriented environment no longer existed. The staff were aloof and had this look of dread on their faces. The Qdoba Rewards phone application was having issues and I asked the cashier and the supervisor if there had been any reported problems with the application. They rudely responded to me and acted as if were my fault because of my phone. I will not frequent this location any longer until the customer service experience changes.

Quite a difference in portion control. Guess they are trying to stay open, huh? 11 dollars for a bowl that didn't even cover the bottom of that small bowl was not worth it. Neither was the two fingered burritos they are trying to push for 9 dollars. And at least once in a while, stir your meats and veggies so they at least look fresh. Be careful....

I had to order and return to Qdoba for a replacement (defective container). My order was remade and replaced within 5 min of my return. I called the minute I opened my bag and Cody (the manager) responded to the issue. He was very polite and made sure it was handled quickly. Thank you Cody!
