Good service but one of the employees walked way any time I would ask to try something on
Employees acted like they were more interested in their own conversation than wanting to help out their customers. When I did ask for help and a size , I waited 10 minutes and the employee who was helping me was standing there in his conversation with another employee. So I did not know what was going on . So I just felt uncomfortable and annoyed with my experience. I would have bought the $120.O0 Jordan’s if I was treated better.
Amazing customer service. Cody is definitely a great asset to this location. Very knowledgeable person. He was back and forth getting me shoes to try and his number 1 recommendation turned out to be the best for me even though they were not expensive and on sale. I'll definitely be returning for my next shoe purchase. Thanks for the great service Cody. ud83eudd19
Don't like the False Advertising. Watch out!! Bought some kids shoes on Sale; they marked up $55 to $110 because the size of the shoe was larger... A kids 2.5 to size 4. LAME... The kid that helped us was nice and attentive though.
