Online, the store says that it is open until 7pm. Arrived at 6:45pm and was informed that the store actually closes at 6:45pm. If you say you’re open until 7pm, you should actually stay open until 7pm! Male attendant at the door also had poor customer orientation and did not even apologize for not being able to let me in the store.nnI took over $200 of my business to Famous Footwear. Save yourself some stress and time and try out one of the several other shoe retailers at this mall.nnThanks Nike! I will most likely never be returning to this location :(
You have to take turns going in. So if your going with someone and only one person comes out then the other person has to wait. The couple in front of me had to wait 15 minutes apart. And if you turn around and look at all the other stores no other stores is doing this.
Large selection of shoes easy location to find friendly staff.
They got some great customer service employees are super nice. It's for sure the best Nike factory around.
Covid wait line outside the store, not too bad. Merch inside the store was good, but not outstanding. We did pick up a hoodie for a friend that was super competitive on the pricing. Think they'll wear it lots.
