Returned an item I purchased online, super quick easy process. The store is so well stocked, I almost turned around and spent my refund on something else. Super clean and organized and respectful of the pandemic.

It was a relief to be able to return to the outlet stores after too long of a hiatus due to covid (and the draconian measures it has fostered). Upon entering the store I was pleasantly greeted by Erika. She is the reason for a great shopping experience. She took the time to check their back inventory for a particular style and size I was interested in. She also directed me to other options while I waited. They did not have the style and size I was looking for however there was another style with my size that I ended up purchasing. She was helpful, never rushed, and made me feel comfortable. She is a perfect example of exceptional customer service!nnAlso, unlike Nike's draconian measures for entering their store (Disneyland-like line), Columbia's ambiance was stress-free

We went to Columbia factory store recommended by a friend, we were looking for sky cloths and we found a ton of great deals and good options. Elizabeth and Isabel were awesome!! They guide us during our shopping, find everything we needed, they helped us as much as we needed, they were very patient and attentive. They made our shopping experience the best!! We are definitely coming back!
