Frolic Brewing Company

Their outdoor set up is great, and they have some good beers. But a negative star is because their service is slow and some how can be forgotten that you are sitting outside out in the space, trying to avoid others. But don't get me wrong, the beer and food are good. And love their space of outside setup.

I have a bittersweet relationship with this place. I was one of the first two kitchen guys brought on during opening. The bitterness is just from the way things went down my last bit there. But I will say the owner Chris has worked harder then anyone I know to get this place how he wants it. He's super stubborn but he's done an amazing job so far. I haven't eaten there since they opened. So I can't give an accurate food review. But I will 100% say give it a chance. If a small business deserves recognition it's this one.

We have enjoyed visiting Frolic and sitting outside on the patio. Recently we ordered 2 gluten free pizzas and were extremely disappointed. The topping was good, but the crusts were not etible. I have not had inferior gluten free crust like this ever and I have had several. Recomment staying away from anything Frolic offers that is gluten free. Want good Gluten free crust go to Parry's or Black Jack, they know how to do it right.
