Went to this place with friends. I had the Cat fish blackened and it was delicious. My sister and friends really enjoyed their meals. The best part was that they brought us a sample of their prime rib and it was a large piece of meat and delicious. We will all get the prime rib when we go back.

Had a very solid meal. Food was great. Everything a place like this should be... But, what made it next level was the service. We had Mr Keith as our server and my wife and I could not have been more impressed. Attentive, personable, helpful, and he didn't linger too long. Just an amazing dining experience with some high-end service.

All around, it really wasn't as great as our friends claimed. None of the sides are smoked and they weren't that well executed (except their collard greens and biscuits). Chicken breast was over cooked and dry, burnt ends were beef rather than pork (not mentioned in the menu, just a lot different flavor wise). Sandwiches had a bit of meat but it lacked flavor without sauce. The smoke flavor is very light but they offer a variety of sauces, which is good because you'll need them. And be prepared to wait, it took the servers about 20 minutes to serve a bottle of beer on a very slow night.

Was nearby for an event and stopped in for a rack of ribs. I won't be doing that again. While the service was friendly and quick, the ribs just weren't that good.nnThey were dry and tough as if sitting in an over for a while or under a heat lamp. But the biggest problem was the sauce on the ribs just wasn't very good. The paste like texture of the sauce wasn't really cooked on, as there was no real bark on the ribs, but it was thick enough and different enough from their table sauces that it had to have been applied while cooking at some point.nnI'm sure the sauce would have tasked much better on brisket or something else, but for spare ribs, it was not something I would choose to experience again.nnI didn't try them, but the sandwiches my friends had seemed good and the baked potato looked stacked with toppings. If I found myself here again, I would probably go that route. And if I did I hopefully wouldn't have to use the table sauces as the two on the table were overly acidic, and their spicy sauce was spicy for the sake of just being spicy with no real depth of flavor.

Had wonderful service from Austin. The food was great and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. If you're looking for a good home cooked meal this is the place for you! Had the brisket, catfish, and prime rib and all were fantastic!
