Amy is AMAZING!! She takes her time with you and is an EXPERT at fitting the insoles. I usually still have some pain in my feet even with new insoles. Not with Amy, they were perfect!! I loved her so much I referred my chiropractor to their store and told him to look for Amy. He did and also raved to me about how great she is!! Best employee on the planet!! Give her a raise so she doesn't go away!!!
Finding shoes that fit properly has always been a real struggle for me. Stephanie was really patient and helpful in figuring out what would be most comfortable for my specific case. I’m super optimistic about this new pair so far. And if they don’t work out as well as I think they will, I did sign up for the VIP program to trade them in within 90 days. It almost completely paid for itself on the first purchase. Road Runner Sports seems to be a genuinely good company run by good, kind people.
This was my first time at Road Runner Sport. Brad, the manager, was so helpful and nice. They truly take the time to focus on you and get you fitted for the proper footwear.nnI highly recommend this place. The level of customer service is outstanding!!
You get the business when you come in to buy shoes. Top quality service but it will be more pricey than other stores.
Amy was fantastic in helping me find the right sneaks for my super-high arches! She also hooked me up with the VIP discount, which paid for itself with my very first purchase! Amy listened to my needs and it truly felt like a custom experience. My feet are so much happier!
