Buffalo Wild Wings

I placed an order around 7pm for pickup at 9. I came in to pick up at 9:10pm, and was told the order would be ready in 15-20 minutes. Cashier was completely unapologetic and had no valid reason why the order I placed 2 hours ago was going to be at best 30 minutes later than the pickup time.nnOther customers walked in while I was there, and placed to go orders and were told their wait would be 15-20 minutes. Does the kitchen look at placed online orders before people come to pick them up? Tonight’s experience points to no. I think 2 hours notice would be sufficient notice for a well managed restaurant to meet.

Ordered 10 piece traditional wings and fries online. The service was reasonable. The food however not so much. The wings looked as though they hadn't been soaked in any sauce whatsoever. They were dry, plain and DEFINITELY not worth eating, hell Walmart wings looked and tasted better! Most people like wings crispy with lots of sauce. There wasn't ANY sauce AT ALL on the wings. I wish I had taken a pic of them. Will NOT g9 back. Not a fan.

Second time I have visited this place in less than two weeks. Both times the wings were barely warm with minimal sauce. The wait staff was friendly and attentive both times. This last visit on 7/25/20 was by far the worst. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and received a fried chicken sandwich. The replacement took a long time to arrive. My two dining companions wing orders were cold with very limited wing sauce. Their order was sent back and the replacement arrived before my grilled chicken sandwich arrived. The replacement wings had more sauce, but it appears that they may be short on supplies? I personally like my wings to be drenched in sauce, not to have a light smattering. The manager came and gave us 5$ off the two tickets and the drinks were covered. I will not return to this place. The food quality is lacking. This used to be the best wing place in town. You're better off getting your wing fix elsewhere.

We come here every Thursday for lunch. Good food good times. Kaitlynn is awesome and gets us out in time for work. See you next Thursday

The food tasted good, waitress was nice. Issues I had were 1) the food took a while to come, even though they were slow and empty. 2) when the food did finally come it was already cold. And 3) when I was asked if I wanted blue cheese or Ranch I asked if I could get cheese I was so sure but I was not told there would be a charge yeah it was only $0.65 but at the same time you should tell somebody
