Very crappy bank! Takes days if not weeks to process a posted payment, and after you get negative overdraft “we can’t refund it because it’s not the banks fault” what kind of customer service is this?! If this is your first bank DO NOT sign up, this bank is a literal definition of a scam! Trust me not worth your time!!

This location, refused to notarize cremation documents for my mothers ashes. I went to another location 2 miles away and they were not lazy and did it for me. Long time customer.
