Convenient location with proficient and polite staff.
Iv banked at inb for 15 years and all the people that work there are good people but I'm not going to lie I'm not happy at all that they are first interstate bank now. Things were just fine the way they were.
I use multiple locations and have always been shown helpfulness and respect. I recommend this bank to anyone.
I have been to all of the Inb locations here in Spokane and this one is on my list of respected locations. They are nice here, even over the phone.
On Tuesday August 16 I visited the Cd'A branch on Ironwood and became aware of fraudulent activity on my checking account. The people there were very helpful and the situation was resolved by the end of the business day. I received a phone call to let me know and went back today to sign paperwork setting up my new accounts. This was my second encounter with fraud in 4 months and both times the problem has been remedied quickly. Thank you so much.nPamela J Etten
