I have shopped at the Brighton location previously and never had any issues, however recently I have not had great experiences. The last 2 times I was in the store I was helped by an older gentleman (hair starting to gray), the first time he was kind enough to help me order a pair of shoes online because they didn’t have my size in stock. I was exchanging them because I ordered online and they didn’t fit. Unfortunately he shipped them to the wrong address. I did try and tell him that the address on the original receipt was where the shoes needed to be shipped to. In turn he seemed to get frustrated with me. I unfortunately, did not realize until much later that he did not use the address that was on my receipt. He opted to use what I must assume was the address they had on file. The last time I was in the store I was helped by the same gentleman. Again I was trying exchange shoes that I bought online & didn’t fit as well as I had hoped. I asked if it would be possible to order one of the pairs of shoes online like had been done the previous time I was there. He simply stated that I would have to order the shoes online on my own because he could not do it for me. Knowing that this wasn’t true I knew that he simply did not want to help me. I decided to not argue & just return the four pairs of shoes since he clearly did not want to help me. The entire ordeal was completely unpleasant. He was extremely rude and kept making remarks about how big of an inconvenience it was to return the shoes. I was mostly quiet throughout the entire encounter not wanting to argue and make a scene. Honestly some of the worst customer service I have ever received. I normally don’t leave reviews but no one should be treated the way I was. I believe he was the store manager as he was ordering the other associates around but I did not catch his name. I feel bad for anyone that encounters this man and truly hope something changes. Very disappointed with the treatment here.

Was asked right away if I needed help finding anything pretty quickly. I declined and was not bothered while I was shopping. Thank you.

It's ok you are pretty much on youre own they only help when you ask but no one bothers you

Nice staff. Prices were good today with the deals offered. Selections were also good. Not sold out like when I usually shop.

What kind of shoe store closes at 6pm?! Most people don't even get off work until 5pm. It's cool, I'll take my business elsewhere.
