They are amazing. Had beef and hogs done with them multiple years. They take care of our customers and walk them through the process. Nicely wrapped and competitively priced. Tom is one of the nicest guys I've met! i bought a half a hog and it was great. the breakfast sausage is the best I've had! i also bought a 1/4 beef and the burger is amazing ! the steaks are just as good! i cooked a chuck roast and short ribs in the crockpot and they were so amazing! i would recommend Tom's custom meats they are the best

Not a fancy place. If you pass it by because it looks like a farm, you're the fool. The meats melt in your mouth. The people are friendly and happy to sit you down and help you figure out what you want, even if you are uneducated in the art of cut choosing. The price is AMAZING! And it's organic even though not certified. (Yes, I asked)nnI just purchased a quarter of a cow for less than $320 and received well over 150 pounds. The more meat you order the smaller the cost. However, I only have a small chest freezer. The first 5 meals made with this beef have been AMAZING! I love the sausage I made.nnSince we're all on a low sodium diet we have to be careful where we get our meat. And it's tasteless usually. This meat had real flavor! :)

Bought a 1/4 beef a few weeks ago. Tom himself was extremely friendly and helpful. We were very pleased with the quality of meat. Will be back for more.

Great prices! Very friendly! Easy to find!nSo far we have tried the pork chops, bacon and ground sausage! It has all been delicious!
