I have only been seen in physical therapy and not the other part of the clinic. And I am seen by the physical therapy clinic ran by Jim Montana. I have had both my shoulders rehabilitated successfully in the past 2 years. Currently, I am having therapy for my back.nI have been to other clinics, centers and doctors. I will never go anywhere again other than here.nIt has absolutely the best methods of achieving success in physical therapy I have ever experienced.nThe team are kind and knowledgeable. They know exactly what is needed and handle it. They are non-judgemental of the patients personally and treat everyone fairly. It's always a pleasure to go to my appointments, I know no matter who on the team works on me I get the best care possible.nJim brings technology to the disadvantaged that normally wouldn't be available to us at any other clinic. I for one am thankful for this and tip my hat to the whole team. You guys are the BEST!

Thank you Dr. Stanley and the staff for getting my son in quickly this afternoon. Hope is awesome too. I am very happy with the way we were treated and helped.

I found it to employ staff especially one particular medical assistant who is rude, cold hearted attitude and disrespectful.nThe long wait for a scheduled 1:45 appointmentnTurned into a almost 2 hr wait.nOnce I was put in the holding room to see the doctor,my scheduled ride came, before my doc and I could go over my test which were done earlier.nShe told me to go on with the call,I told her it was my ride..She left the room and said she was sending her medical assistant in to do a blood test. She ,the doctor never came back to see me,and I was told by Jessica they would call me for my next appointment since I needed to leave due to my scheduled ride for return home. I walked down to the nurses station to tell them my ride was here. The nurse Jessica said they would call me to schedule my next appointment. Which she failed to do. So,I called them. Jessica I found to be very demeaning and her attitude was of a reprimanding for me being on the phone about my ride.Although the doctor said it was fine and to go on with the call.nThe medical assistant was more interested in being a smartelic than a caring or even a pleasant medical assistant .nShe said she use to work in a a position of autopsy.nI think she should go back to working for the dead. Her bedside manor is horrid and snobish!nWith the health problems I am having if I should die. I would not even want her to examine my dead body.nThe Nurse practitioner Mrs. Santago seemed to be ok ,just did not spend much time, never had much time with her as a newnpatient. I am nolonger a patient there, because I choose to go where mutual respect and true care is.nI will transfer my records to a new doctor and new medical assistant.nThe rest of staff seemed for the most part friendly. I take the transport on a regular basis and love my drivers, but in the last year there have been several issues with over booking and under-staffing. Your drivers are obviously over worked. This is evident from my experience and what I have seen and heard of management taking this frustrating situation out on their drivers. I'm late for my appt. But I dont want to say anything because I know the guy in charge wont deal with it properly. They have the right idea. However, under staffed and poorly managed
