Always friendly when I come in also offers cold water bottles when its hot outside (which I really appreciate) I'm helped efficiently and have never left without my questions answered or being unsatisfied. I will always do my business at this store.

I am very impressed with the people that represent check into cash in your Red Bluff office.nStacey is an employee that is absolutely an employee that needs separate recognition.nFor she is not only a people person, Very personable, always happy, acknowledges you when you enter the store. Multitasking, , personable, very knowledgeable in her job.nIt’s very obvious that she knows and loves her job.nI have been in the store when 15 people were in the store and Stacey was the only one there..nshe never panicked, still acknowledged me when I entered the store, and apologize for not being able to get to me as fast as she normally does. Which normally I have no patience, but when I see that someone is busy I have the tendency to be patient.nAn employers dream worker that you wish you could train every employee to be like.nAny employee that represents your business in the manner like she does should not only be recognized as a employee that stands out and above all others but should be praised for her for her job being well done. For she could go anywhere for employment, and do just as good of a job as she does for you..nTraining someone to run your business is pretty well black and white.nPersonality, people who come to work because they love what they do, is the ones you want to keep.nI am usually not one to respond to any feedbacks, until I recognize an employee that stands out.nAnd I assure you you should be lucky to have an employee like this one.nThe employees that represent your company can either make or break your business, so all the ones that stand out, should be acknowledged individually of how proud you are to have him/her representing your company.

Just fabulous staff absolutely amazing

The ladies working here were the first place I found that listened & chose to help me out understanding the irony of my situation & how I was gonna have a hard time resolving it (especially with the covid 19 affecting businesses availablility).. They dealt with me as I was losing hope & after being turned away many other places- I am so grateful to have them suggested to me by a friend.. I want to share this in hopes it helps someone else thinking about checking them out, I really hope you do.. This was my first time at this business & I couldn't have been happier..
