U.S. Bank Branch

I moved my IRA to another bank.US bank charged me six hundred dollars for this.

Friendly neighborhood bank. Great personal service. Always accurate. Have never had any errors. Member for nearly 10 years running thus far.

The staff that you see are great and friendly, but the ones that review the accounts are not so great. I don't see how you can close my account with no warning, no explanation, and give no opportunity to get cash from your account before it is closed. Instead you just send my balance in a check that I then have to turn around and cash at your bank. Now I'm left with absolutely no money and no way to buy food for my house or anything for that matter for the next week or two... What a great experience.

Love this bank they have the friendliest employees also very helpful.
