Made an appointment for new wheels & tires a week in advance. Called them 2 days before the appointment to make sure they had everything. Said everything was ready to go. Got a text message confirming my appointment. Drop my pickup off, get a call 30 minutes later, we don't have your wheels, sorry, should have them in 3 or 4 days. Not happy, impressed, satisfied, insert your favorite term here for good customer experience (it's not that).
We went in to get our trailer's bearings packed. We got prompt service and found out they would also be able to help with our AC line. They not only helped, they overnighted the part and finished the work in one day so that we could have AC for our end of summer camping trip. Seriously the best service I have had in a really long time. We are so thankful and will be going there for more services. Josh helped us. He felt more like a friend than an employee at a tire place. Top notch.
They have always kept to the estimated wait time! Service is great. They just do all around great job!
These guys got us in this morning for an oil change, tire check and to put some valve extenders on the dualies. They recommended a great place for breakfast and got the work done well for us.nPete did an excellent job on the computer 1.
