This was my first time going to Shasta Community in Anderson. I have been a patient at the one in Redding for several years, but my Dr is at this location now, so I followed. I LOVE it! Its spacious and clean plus every person I interacted with was so pleasant. From the person taking temperatures to checking out. I couldn't be happier with my experience. I am so happy that this is where ill be going now! Kudos to the entire staff. Did I mention how clean it is!!!

Sometimes a place will take time an let you explain your situation. This is such a place! Very nice people working there.Of course this is my hometown so it's gonna be so.

They are always so great to deal with at the Anderson location. The only reason they didn’t get 5 stars is because we always end up waiting a considerable amount of time. But Dr Nicora is great to work with

Julie Schock and her MA Kathy are extremely good to me. All PSR's are friendly when I call in and willing to go the extra mile to listen and help me. I just hope my Provider, Julie Schock, doesn't just disappear on me like others. That's the one thing that scares me. Once you've established a relationship with your health care team, they seem to move on and you wind up starting all over again with someone new. That's hard ud83dude22 for someone like me......Well it's happened. Julie and Kathy have moved on and I am going to start over with a new doctor. This is a scary time for me because I fall into a group of individuals who are judged harshly. I have chronic pain. I am not a drug seeker nor an addict in the worse sense of the word. I am a disabled older lady who was beaten for several years by a monster. I have been innandained with meds over the years and unnecessary surgeries. I have managed to get myself to a point of quality life. I did this myself. I take pain medications in order manage my pain in order for me to be a functioning human being. I still have a pain level of 4-5 but I can live with that. I am not a pill popping junkie. I'm just someone who hurts. Please don't judge me. I will be seeing Dr. Gasman in Redding SCHC. Wish me luck.
