I have been a customer here for quite a few years. I've always received top notch service from both the manager & tellers. Anderson Ca. U.S. Bank branch YOU ROCK.

Bank teller Emilie (not sure of spelling) was extremely rude and obnoxious. I asked to put money in my mother-inlaws account and instead of nicely saying I needed the account number she said it with a snarky attitude. I knew when I greeted her she was either in a bad mood or just hates her job. I gave two stars because the building was clean and there was ample parking.

Wayyyyyyy better than Dana. I live in Shasta lake and will drive to Anderson rather than deal with Tim and Javier at the Dana Dr. Branch!

Amelia is sweet, typical big bank chain issues, ie 800 number suckss. Would be nice if that guy sitting down on his buttt all day would actually assist and work. At least greet people, dude. I find him awkward and unhelpful. Check yoself.nnTBD on actual banking processes. Will update accordingly.nnThey need way easier atm access at this location. Parking lot is difficult and nuts.
