I had a great experience here with Tyler and the other staff. Though I was a little late (went to the wrong place) they were still able to see me quickly. I was fitted for my knee brace and he made sure the metal bent with the contours of my leg. Hope I never get hurt again, but if I do, i wouldn't mind being helped by these folks again.
All the staff at Spectrum are very friendly and professional. They let me know exactly how long it would take before I got my shoes and inserts. They worked with the VA and I got exactly what I needed for my situation. Setting an appointment was easy and quick. I highly recommend Spectrum Prosthetics & Orthotics.
The staff has been wonderful to me Jeff even came to see me in the hospital when I had my accident and told me how the whole prosses works. I will soon have my new leg I can't wait. They are the best.
All the staff at Spectrum are very kind caring people! I have had a prosthetic leg made before, but the best is truly Spectrum. Their always there to answer questions, help explain the difference in your choice of a prosthetic, and truly care about you as an individual!!
Great staff, no problems with adjustments. Their phone works fine.
