I have been a patient at SCHC for years. My Dr has moved to the enterprise area and he is still amazing but the check in process is absolutely unacceptable. I was there and it took the older lady about 30 minutes before even acknowledging me. Then while I was filling out the simple form there were patients come in and just waiting in line there was about 15 people waiting for her to even look up at them. The door way was packed. The other two there were to check the patients were busy. One was on the phone and still trying to check in the patients, the other lady was dealing with an angry man, I was not upset with them but the older lady that was the main check in lady was rude, slow and messed up who I am multiple times. It took a while to get called back into the other rooms but that’s understandable since my Dr is popular so that didn’t bother me. But at the end of our visit I would wait hours to see my Dr! He is amazing. Just wish he didn’t move over to the enterprise area. I understand it’s new and in a hard time, I’m hoping that it will all get settled soon! And I hope it will start to move faster. All over the way it’s ran... slow and not really acceptable but I wouldn’t change my Dr for anything. So as long as he’s there I will go there.

Experience was great very friendly. We called there office and was able to be seen the next day. My husband and I were able to be seen together to get our eye exams to get new glasses. Mine was done the next day and his was done the following week. No long wait to receive our glasses, and the selection to chose from was amazing. We definitely recommend this office.

This a great facility to come to for health care. Its clean everyone's got a smile for you,they are polite & treat you with the respect every human being deserves. Everyone of the staff are so very helpful. The doctors take the time, an are very kind and compassionate. They understand you don't feel well, an are very patient with EVERYONE equally. A great clinic to be apart of. I'm glad I have this clinic to turn to when I'm sick. The Doctors & all the staff that works there help everyone who comes in to feel better. Also I'd like to take the time to THANK Doctor Villalobos, for helping keep me as healthy as possible & taking the extra time to LISTEN AN CARE for me, an my health issues these last approx. 5 years, an just basically being there. Hes a Doctor with a smile for EVERYONE !! An the most POSITIVE & POLITE DOCTOR IVE HAD THE PLEASURE OF KNOWING!!!!** This is a grade A+ Clinic***** ud83eudd17

The staff is fantastic they’re always very informative and helpful and they make sure that you’re wearing a mask and social distancing.And my doctor is the best! Dr. Villalobos I could say is one of the greatest doctors I’ve ever met. thanks for all the help and keeping me healthy.
