Wonderful customer service! I am always spoken to in a respectful manner and they listen! Something I had hard a time finding in the banking industry. They are beyond fair for me and my wife not to mention they are very informative. Jennifer the branch manager is beyond professional and assisting.

Jury out on the actual account. The lady who opened my account didn't seem very knowledgeable about the accounts and features. I guess I will figure it out.nnSome dirtbag tried to break into my car while I was inside, looking right at him. I ran out and chased him away and took a picture of his license plate. Most disturbing, there were small children in the back seat of the car he jumped into. Probably stolen too, eh loser?nnIt was broad daylight, the bank had just opened. Sooooo, yeah, not great at all. Nobody in the bank batted an eye, like didn't even acknowledge it had happened. So, that was even worse.nnThis bank is already on my chopping block.nnUpdate:nnWhat a garbage bank! They can respond to my CFPB complaint.
It's a good neighborhood bank with helpful staff. The ATMs are useful, however, the drive thru ATM is more desirable due to the high indigent transient traffic issue.
Tellers are nice and the ATM is convenient but the are and around are trashy. Needs cleaning up.
