Went to cash a check i had gotten from my s.s.d. payee who works nearby and have been a customer for years . Tri Co yu nties on lake the manager refused to cash it for me bec ou use my payee wrote it out to cash . Been doing it that way for years. I was really putvoff by this if it wernt for how nice the people atvthe Anderson branch i would have changed banks.

Went in to this branch stressed and angry but was met with the utmost professionalism and kindness. Tabitha went above and beyond addressing my needs and providing the best service I've received from any Bank representative I've spoken with to date.nI had every intention of leaving without an account, but after this encounter I couldn't imagine going to another bank .nThank you for everything

First of all, they're open 7 days a week and thats amazing if you're a working parent and studentud83dudc4aud83dudca5 also, the staff is nice and helpful. I love my bank, and this is my favorite branch
