So strange to see so many bad reviews.. every experience I’ve had here has always been super positivenI came in a couple of days ago and sat with Tammy and she was THE nicest person, super bubbly and sweetnIf she’s there and you want a positive, thorough experience ask for her!

I have a family member that sent me a check in these hard times get me through these hard times. And Bank of America would not cash the check drawn on Bank of America check. How does that work not don't honor their own checks this is a very bad society that we live in that we let a company do this to its own customers. Should be shameful. And I will suggest to my relatives long time customers of this Bank I would suggest the day find themselves another one more honorable

I have been searching for a used car for some time. And when I find one for the right price from a private owner, I was ecstatic. Went to this branch and tried to get MY money out. And they informed me of a non existent cash shortage problem in the US and that I could not withdrawl over 4k in cash at any time. Cant believe I couldn't get 5k because of a so called CASH SHORTAGE. Well seems it is fictional. Cause I went to tri counties bank and with my debit/Visa card and got a cash advance and deposited it in a account I have there. Then immediately made a withdrawl of the 5k, and got my car. That's after I stood in line at BofA for 25 min with only 2 tellers working and all other redding branches closed. I do not reccomend this bank. They did not even try to help me. Or understand the situation. If I could give this damn bank 0 stars, I would. But that is not an option.

So I came into the branch today at 9am and it was closed due to the covid. No biggie it didn't open till ten to limit exposure and such. Well I came back at 10:37 on a Monday there were 36 people in line I'm front of me with four checkers. Everyone knows here in California you must wear a mask. There were more then fifteen people without masks along with several people in the lobby of the bank waiting for the customers to finish thier business. Needless to say I became irritated after thirty minutes waiting and the only progression I made in line was due to other people walking out. I would recommend if you bank with this company to switch as I am. They were subpar before the pandemic and we're extremely terrible in the recession. The staff was courteous however and kind yet they must adhere to corporate regulations which in my opinion is to bolster thier bonuses and not to provide the most excellent of service that we the consumer are paying for
