Applied for a personal loan. They said they would call me on three different occasions and they never followed through. I always ended up having to reach out to them. I was also told it could take anywhere from, “2 hours to two days.” One week later, I was told it was going to take another week. I’ve never had any problem with any Tri Counties Bank outside of this one. Definitely do not recommend doing business with them.

Im have been banking with this bank for 20 years. I usually go anderson branch but i had to use this branch. They held alot money for 4 days. I have two mentally disable children that i have to support. Since redding agencies wont help but they get paid for it. 4 days was alot and alot of money. There is no Accountability. Im going back Anderson

ok first..... i called and i've already been on hold for 10 minutes and counting..why aren't you guys open on saturdays?? its lame i'm my opinion and whats with 9-6?? to be more convenient for your customers work schedules your business hours would get more traffic if you guys were open at 6 a.m. until 7-8 p.m. Please take heed to my suggestions they will help you in the long run.

Horrible experience with this bank. They gave me a pre approval for my home loan, then when it came down to buying the home they gave me the run around for over 2 months then later said I didn't qualify when they already pre approved me. They refuse to refund my $500. They did nothing but lie and make my first home buying expnAwful
