This bank SUCKS!!! Worst customer service! The manager is a moron!nnI left my ATM card inside the machine after getting cash back and when i went the next day to retrieve it they told me come on in and they could give me back my card. After the manager got done laughing and snickering on a phone call she told the teller to tell me because my License was had expired the day before they couldn't give me back my ATM card. and it was Visa protocol hahaha how dumb!?nnThat license still serves as information and it states that i am who i say i am. just because the license expired doesn't mean im not me anymore, it means i cant drive a vehicle. I could understand if i was trying to cash a check or get money out or any other type of bank transaction.nnNever visit this bank if your in Ferndale...
