I was passing through Crescent City looking for a nonexistent BOA. Stopped into US Bank and they took care of everything. Even though it's not my bank. Thanks Elizabeth Sarah and Jason. I like that town. Nice people.

Lines are usually really long, and there is only ever one or two tellers helping customers. The manager and other staff are always sitting at a desk when they could get up and help people get out faster.nAnd yes the ATM is always out of service it seems. Very frustrating especially on the first of the month......standing in line for a half hoir or more sucks!

Forgot my atm inside bank and went back five minutes later to get my atm card they already shredded it!!! They found it hilarious about shredding my card that I needed .nVery rude and disrespectful

Called branch to find out what their fractional routing number was and no one in the entire bank knew what I was talking about. The manger gave me the number for deluxe, the company that they use to print checks and they were amazed that no one, not even the manager knew what it was. Deluxe could not help me because only the Bank would have access to the number. It is automatically put on at their company by computer from the information given . So on the web I searched and found out the first number is the state or city, CA = 90 the second part is the actual Banks id number which I think is 6548 from information I found on the web. the number after the slash is Federal reserve district which seems to be the first 3 or 4 numbers of routing number on the bottom of the check in this case would be 121 or 1211 so still not certain of what the actual number is but guessing it would look something like this 90-6548/1211. The last of my old check disappeared out of a lock cabinet so I have nothing to compare it to. If anyone can help me with this please answer!
